Subject to Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018, the data collected under the “newsletter” service shall be used solely for the purpose of providing the service. The data shall be processed by the Poznan Philharmonic with head office in Poznań, at 81, Św. Marcin street.

Request to confirm your conscious and voluntary decision shall be sent to the e-mail address submitted.

The newsletter carries identical contents addressed to all users. At any moment, you can revoke provision of the service by clicking the link at the end of each newsletter.

Furthermore, you have the right to access your data, rectify it, remove it, or revoke your consent to its processing. You can also require that the data be transferred to a different Data Controller, as well as lodge a complaint to the Chairman of the Personal Data Protection Administration.

Your data shall be preserved for as long as provision of the service continues.
