Opening hours:
- in September: Monday to Friday between 1 pm and 5 pm,
- from October till June: Tuesday to Friday between 1 pm and 5 pm,
- on the days of concerts organized by the Poznan Philharmonic the ticket office will additionally open an hour before a concert and will not close until the end of the intermission.
The Box Office accepts credit and debit cards. Please note:
– one hour prior to a concert, only cash payments are accepted
– one hour prior to a concert, one may purchase tickets only for the concert on that day.

Ticket Collection
Individual and group tickets that have been booked must be collected 14 days prior to a given concert at the latest. Uncollected tickets will be returned for individual sale.
Additional Information
Concessionary tickets are available to the following (proof of eligibility required):
– people under the age of 30
– senior citizens and pensioners
– disabled people
– members of artistic associations
– unemployed people
– veterans and combatants
In case of losing the season ticket, a fee of 50 złoty is taken for a duplicate.
Purchased tickets are not refunded.
We inform that tickets without numbered seats do not ensure a seat during the concert.
Pro Sinfonika
Tickets to Pro Sinfonika’s concerts are available to those interested in their purchase one hour prior to a concert at the Poznan Philharmonic Box Office.
Access and facilities for disabled people
The University Hall is accessible to wheelchair users via lift located in the hall’s foyer. Our staff will be glad to provide any necessary assistance to accommodate visitors with disabilities.

In case of concert cancellation, the box office of the Poznan Philharmonic will refund tickets within two weeks of the scheduled date of the concert.
