Individual tickets and season tickets
- Individual tickets and season tickets reservations can be made at Customer Service Office or at box office of Poznań Philharmonic at their respective opening times.
Group tickets
- To purchase group tickets, please contact Customer Service Office.
Ticket collection
- Individual and group tickets reserved should be collected at the latest 7 days prior to the concert. Uncollected tickets shall be returned to box office for sale.
Additional information
The following persons are entitled to reduced-charge tickets (proof of eligibility required):
- pupils and students
- pensioners and senior citizens
- disabled persons (carer is also entitled to reduced-charge ticket)
- members of artistic associations
- unemployed persons
- veterans
A 50-zloty fee is charged for a duplicate of lost season ticket.
Tickets are non-refundable.
Standing-room tickets: seats subject to availability.
Recording, filming, photographing, as well as use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited in concert venues.
Persons to arrive late shall be admitted to the concert hall at intermission. If a concert is held without intermission, late arrivals shall not be admitted.
In both cases, unused tickets shall not be reimbursed.
Management of Poznań Philharmonic reserves the right to change the dates, venues, performers, concert programmes, and ticket prices.
In case of concert cancellation, PP box office refunds tickets within 2 weeks of the scheduled date of concert.
Access and facilities for disabled people
The University Hall is accessible to wheelchair users via lift located in the hall’s foyer. Our staff will be glad to provide any necessary assistance to accommodate visitors with disabilities.
