Welcome to the musical marathon which can be followed on ARTE television and online, at arte.tv. Held on 21 June, during Fête de la Musique, among its participants it features the pianist Alim Beisembayev and the Poznań Philharmonic Orchestra under Łukasz Borowicz.

This Sunday will see the performance of eleven most beautiful piano concertos by European composers performed by eleven illustrious pianists with as many renowned orchestras and conductors. Poznań Philharmonic Orchestra is the only Polish ensemble invited to take part in this unique project.

Presented to audiences across Europe, the concert performed by our musicians was held at the University Auditorium in Poznań on 5 June 2026, as part of the Poznań Philharmonic’s Stars of the World Stages concert series. Recorded for ARTE television by Accentus Music, it is aired on 21 June at 5:05 p.m.

The broadcast of “europiano – The Most Beautiful Piano Concertos from Europe” begins on Sunday at 3:30 and closes at 11:00 p.m. The concerts include live performances, as well as rebroadcasts from Europe’s most beautiful concert halls and historic sites. The event is hosted by the ARTE presenter Annette Gerlach and pianist and classical music promoter Louis Philippson.
